Soccer
Get ready to kick off an exciting season of fun, teamwork, and skill-building with our youth soccer program! Offered in both the Fall and Spring, this recreational league is open to boys and girls of all skill levels. Players will learn the fundamentals of soccer — dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork — in a positive and encouraging environment.
Teams are grouped by age division, and all participants will receive a team jersey and socks. Volunteer coaches focus on player development, sportsmanship, and having fun on the field.
Whether your child is a first-time player or returning for another season, our youth soccer program is the perfect way to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy the world’s most popular sport!
Football
Our Youth Football Program is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game in a fun, safe, and team-oriented environment. Players will learn essential skills such as passing, catching, running, blocking, and teamwork while building confidence and sportsmanship.
Divisions are organized by age to ensure fair play and appropriate skill development. Practices focus on learning the game, improving coordination, and understanding teamwork—while games give players the chance to showcase what they’ve learned in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
All players receive a team jersey, and shoulder pads, helmet and mouthguard are provided. Volunteer coaches emphasize safety, respect, and enjoyment of the game above all else.
Whether your child is stepping onto the field for the first time or continuing to grow their love for football, this program is a great way to stay active, make friends, and have fun!

Basketball
The Youth Basketball Program is a fun and engaging way for children to learn the fundamentals of basketball while developing teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence on and off the court. Open to boys and girls of all skill levels, this program focuses on teaching dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and game strategies through age-appropriate drills and games.
Teams will practice weekly and compete in organized games throughout the season. Volunteer coaches emphasize skill development, teamwork, and positive encouragement. Whether your child is new to the sport or already has experience, our program provides a supportive environment for every player to grow and enjoy the game.
Baseball
Step up to the plate and join our Youth Baseball program! This league focuses on teaching players the fundamentals of baseball in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Participants will learn key skills such as hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running, while also building sportsmanship and teamwork. Practices and games will be scheduled on local fields, with volunteer coaches leading each team. All players will receive a team jersey and hat.

Join the fun and fast-growing sport of pickleball! Our pickleball program welcomes players of all ages and skill levels. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, and is played on a smaller court with paddles and a perforated ball—making it easy to learn and exciting to play.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced player ready for friendly competition, our program provides a great way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy a fun, social sport.
yoga
Find your balance and improve your overall well-being with our community yoga program! Designed for all experience levels, this class focuses on flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation through guided poses and mindful breathing techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our certified instructor will help you progress at your own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. This program is a great way to reduce stress, increase energy, and connect with others in your community.
group strength training
Build strength, confidence, and endurance in this fun and motivating group workout! Our Group Strength Training class focuses on total-body conditioning using dumbbells, body weight, and more. Participants will improve muscle tone, boost metabolism, and enhance overall fitness in a supportive team environment. All fitness levels are welcome—exercises can be modified to match your individual goals and abilities.
